Terms of service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

OneGov AI ("the service") answers questions about Zimbabwe's Constitution, Acts of Parliament, statutory instruments, general notices, Government Gazettes and national policies. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Not legal advice

The service provides general information generated from publicly available gazetted texts. It is not legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by using it. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always verify important matters against the official gazetted text and consult a registered legal practitioner for advice about your specific situation.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. You must provide a working email address. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu, which permanently removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

Plans and payment

Refunds

If the paid service does not work for you, contact us at kudziezhuwaki@gmail.com within 7 days of payment and we will either fix the problem, extend your pass, or refund the payment. Refunds are made through the same payment method where the payment provider allows it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to break, overload or probe the service; resell access without written permission; use automated tools against the web app (use the API instead); share one account or API key across an organisation; or use the service to generate content that is unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused pass where the breach was not deliberate.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; the service depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. We may change or discontinue features. If the paid service is unavailable for an extended period, we will extend active passes accordingly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneGov AI and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on answers from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Content and data

The legal texts come from publicly available sources credited in the privacy policy. How we handle your data is described there. If you share an answer, the shared page is public.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the version published here is the current one. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
